About the role
Responsibilities Sales Enablement Strategy: Collaborate with sales leadership, business partners and enablement team to design and implement sales enablement programs that align with business objectives.
Training & Development: Coordinate sales training sessions for internal sales team members, sales leaders, as well as customer success. This will include (but is not limited to) new hire, continuing education, certifications and developing both classroom, on-demand training courses, and curriculum.
Training & Development: Partner with and support across the enablement team in capturing sales best practices, providing guidance as needed for classroom delivery options and ideas, as well as providing feedback to improve course/webinars and/or create new content.
Content Creation: Ability to build courses within Workday and Sales Spot that will be assigned out to the appropriate audiences for the specific course training. Create certifications for sales that include rubrics, measures, videos, capturing of results, and knowledge checks from a seller, sales leader, and enablement lens. Oversee and manage course enrollment.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas of improvement and provide actionable insights.
Facilitation and Event Management: Provide sales-driven event support – support larger audiences in person or virtually for creation of materials, resources, and interactive sessions such as the annual sales kick‑off meeting and other sales-driven events overseen by the enablement team. Additional duties as assigned.
Required Experience & Education 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree preferred
Qualifications Background in sales, project management for design and content creation.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a proven track record in supporting sales enablement.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
MEDDICC content creator experience. Must have a strong grasp of MEDDICC as this is a critical component of our GTM.
Proficient in High Spot, Articulate, Canva and Course Enrollment Management Tools (preferably Workday).
Proficient in MS Excel and other data‑related tools to gather results.
