About the role

1515 Martin Boulevard, Middle River, Maryland 21220 Description Join our team as aHome Health Aide (HHA)to assist patients with daily living and ensure a safe and clean environment. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing attitude and the ability to help our patients maintain their independence.
Responsibilities: Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist patients with mobility, positioning them to avoid bedsores and help them move safely. Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to the patient’s dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the patient. Administer medications under the direction of healthcare professionals. Monitor patient condition by observing physical and emotional health and report changes to the healthcare team. Engage with patients, offering companionship and emotional support to foster a positive atmosphere. Document daily activities, report any changes, and communicate with families about patient progress.
Qualifications: Certification as Home Health Aide (HHA) required. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory. Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.1515 Martin Boulevard, Middle River, Maryland 21220
