About the role

Paycom - ATS seeks candidates for a structured 3-4 year apprenticeship in injection molding and related equipment. You will learn setup, process optimization, mold changeovers, and troubleshooting, while supporting technicians and engineers to maintain efficient production. The program requires a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to return to school for required coursework. Physical lifting up to 50 pounds and reliable transportation are expected.
