Founding Account Executive | Tempe, AZKlutch MFM is hiring a Founding Account Executive to help build one of the fastest-growing opportunities in AI sales coaching and recruiting. What You'll Do:
  • Generate new business through cold calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Sell AI-powered sales coaching software and recruiting solutions
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Own and manage your sales pipeline in HubSpotPartner with recruiters while you stay focused on closing new business
  • Help establish the sales playbook as an early member of the team
What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sales, recruiting, or business development experience is a plus
