Private Aviation DriverSince 1980, Abby's Catering has delivered one-of-a-kind culinary and hospitality experiences. Our clients include celebrities, government officials, heads of state, and industry leaders traveling out of Houston aboard private, corporate, and commercial aircraft. We also provide gourmet catering for corporate offices, private events, and food service management contracts across the Houston and Dallas metro areas.
The Role: As a Private Aviation Driver, you are the face of Abby's. You will deliver freshly prepared meals and catering to aircraft, airports, and clients throughout the Houston metro area, where professionalism, punctuality, and presentation matter as much as the food itself. Safety comes first, always. We do not tolerate speeding, reckless driving, or traffic violations.
Reports to: Expediter and Kitchen Manager
What You'll Do:
  • Safely deliver catering orders to airports, aircraft, and client locations on time
  • Represent Abby's with a polished appearance and excellent customer service
  • Maintain clean, spotless uniforms at all times
  • Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and well cared for
  • Load and unload orders accurately, handling food with care and following food safety standards
  • Communicate clearly with the expediter, kitchen team, and clients
  • Plan routes efficiently using your knowledge of the Houston area
ScheduleFlexible schedule, with start times as early as 3:00 AMWe are a 24/7 operation, shifts may vary.
Requirements:
  • Valid Texas food handler certificate (or the ability to obtain)
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Prior delivery driving experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the greater Houston area
  • Working knowledge of food and food handling
  • Fluent English, with excellent communication and presentation skills (bilingual preferred)
  • Strong time management and the ability to meet tight delivery windows
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Partially working in cold room environment
  • Physical work such as pushing carts and lifting boxes daily.
