This high-impact leadership role involves assessing the organization's current AI, data, and technology landscape, and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases that can drive business value, improve decision-making, and enhance operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a practical, commercially focused AI vision, establishing a strategic roadmap, and defining the governance framework and delivery approach to support long-term AI adoption. Applicants must have a proven track record in leading AI strategy and transformation programs, with experience in developing and implementing AI strategies at an enterprise level. A background in high-performance environments such as financial services or trading firms is essential, as is a deep understanding of generative AI, automation, data platforms, and AI governance. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to engage with senior executives and C-suite leaders, and the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
