Job Description
Job Title: International Shipping Associate
Location: Batesville, IN (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months contract
Pay Rate: $19 USD hourly on W2Shift - Monday through Friday, 7am to 03:30pmJob Description: Seeking an International Shipping Associate to handle picking, packing, and shipping of international customer orders while ensuring accurate and timely shipments. Responsibilities include preparing export and customs documentation, coordinating with carriers and freight forwarders, tracking shipments, processing customer shipping instructions, creating invoices, and resolving shipping or transit issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or international shipping
  • Knowledge of export/import requirements, customs documentation, HS codes, and Incoterms preferred
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, FedEx Ship Manager, or UPS WorldShip preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
