About the Role:
Support Tik Tok Shop and e-commerce operations across storefront management, campaigns, paid media, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, promotions, orders, inventory, and storefront updates Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and conversion strategies Assist with Tik Tok Ads and paid media campaign execution Coordinate creative assets for campaigns Monitor sales, ROAS, traffic, conversions, and campaign performance Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
Background in marketing, e-commerce, business, data, or related field Experience with Tik Tok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, paid media, or e-commerce platforms preferred Understanding of ROAS, conversion, traffic, and sales metrics Strong analytical and organizational skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets and performance data Compensation Intern: Stipend or $18–$20/hour Coordinator: $20–$30/hour based on experience and performance
