About the role

Start your new career as a Machine Operator with MAU at our client in Clemson, SC. As a Machine Operator, you will maximize efficiency through setups and operation of a group of clearing, fluting, and point grinding machines to complete customer orders.

  • 3+ year(s) of experience in production machinery setup and operation required
  • Exceptional mechanical aptitude
  • Basic computer skills and exposure to CNC machinery
  • Capacity to comprehend, follow instructions, multi-task, and work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Capacity to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, utilize excellent visual acuity (corrected) and manual dexterity, wear required PPE, and lift 50 pounds What You'll Do as a Machine Operator Set up and operate various production machinery to complete customer orders according to blueprint specifications Run a bank of machines, owning changeovers and setups Ensure quality and production goals are achieved Operate grinders Move materials as needed Establish good housekeeping practices and maintain Environmental, Quality, and Quantity (EQQ) requirements Perform other tasks as assigned Join us for walk-in interviews every Monday through Friday.
