Key Responsibilities for the Records & Compliance Specialist Role:

Manage the retrieval, tracking, organization, and storage of physical and electronic records.
Coordinate records retention, off-site storage, file transfers, and secure destruction processes with internal teams and external vendors.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with established records management and information governance policies.
Qualifications for the Records & Compliance Specialist:
3+ years of records management experience within a legal, professional services, or similarly regulated environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficiency with records management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
