About the role

Position: Sr./Lead SDET Mobile Application Testing Location: Bethesda, MD Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Key Requirements: Strong experience in Mobile Application Testing (iOS & Android) with hands-on experience testing both native and hybrid applications. Strong expertise in Mobile Automation Testing, including designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks. Strong knowledge of Swift and Kotlin, with the ability to understand mobile application architecture and workflows. Experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across mobile platforms. Good exposure to API and Web Testing. Experience with AI-driven testing tools / GenAI solutions, AI-assisted test automation, AI-based test case generation, defect analysis, or automation optimization is preferred. We are specifically looking for Sr./Lead-level SDET profiles with strong hands-on technical experience. Must-have skills below for reference: Mobile Testing: iOS & Android (Native & Hybrid) Functional, Regression, Integration, and E2E testing. iOS Automation: Swift with XCUITest/XCUI framework, including hands-on experience in framework design and maintenance. Android Automation: Kotlin with Espresso/UIAutomator, including hands-on experience in framework design and maintenance. API & Web Testing: Hands-on experience with API and web testing. AI-Driven QA: Exposure GenAI/AI tools for test case generation, defect analysis, or automation optimization.
