2026-27 Front Office ClerkWe are seeking a welcoming, highly organized, and customer-focused Office Clerk to join our operational team. Partner with SMART Management and BridgePrep Academy as the face of our campus! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors, creating a warm, safe, and efficient front office environment that keeps our school running smoothly every day.At SMART Management and BridgePrep Academy, we are guided by a bold, student-centered mission and lived core values:And How Are the Children?: We create a warm, safe, and supportive experience for every student who walks through our doors.Big Rocks First: We prioritize responsiveness, clear organization, and exceptional customer service above all else.Own It & Expect More: We take full pride and accountability in our front office operations, maintaining high standards of professionalism and follow-through.Results Matter: We know that efficiency, accuracy, and positive family experiences directly drive student persistence and school success.Core responsibilities include:Front Office & Customer Service: Warmly greet students, families, and visitors; manage check-in and safety protocols; answer phone calls and emails promptly.Attendance & Student Log Support: Track daily attendance, tardies, early dismissals, and maintain accurate sign-in/sign-out documentation.Administrative & Compliance Tasks: Support filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and student record updates while assisting with district reporting requirements.Inquiry & Family Follow-Up: Log family inquiries and follow up on the same day to support enrollment, persistence, and positive family engagement.School Operations: Assist with supply inventory, campus event logistics, and daily arrival/dismissal procedures as needed.Measurable year 1 success metrics include:Achieve a high parent/visitor satisfaction rating through welcoming front-office interactions.Support a District Reporting Compliance Rate of ? 95%.Ensure 100% of family inquiries are logged and followed up on the same day.Maintain accurate, error-free attendance logs and office documentation.Key qualifications include:Education: High School Diploma or GED.Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills; basic computer and office software proficiency.Attributes: Exceptional organization, high integrity, patience, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:1+ year of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience (school-based preferred).Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.Take the first step by applying through our quick, mobile-friendly application.
