Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience with 12+ years in software development, systems engineering, or a similar field (additional experience may substitute for a degree).
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
Experience creating design packages and workflows.
Experience writing technical solutions and white papers.
Experience applying core Agile practices and methods.
Experience facilitating Scrum events, including planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and reviews/demos.
Experience using GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, or comparable collaboration and workflow tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prefer familiarity with a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach and related tools or frameworks.
Responsibilities Coordinate and execute systems engineering activities, including requirements analysis, design, implementation planning, integration and testing, sustainment, deployment, documentation, and system assessment.
Perform systems engineering work within Agile sprints and releases, supporting planning and contributing to work tickets and program documentation.
Support and apply an MBSE approach for systems planning, design, execution, and sustainment alongside the Lead SE and broader SE team.
Define processes for technical platforms, system specifications, and hardware/software compatibility parameters.
Assist in establishing systems engineering processes and tools for analysis, problem diagnosis, solution design, integration, test preparation, and risk mitigation planning.
Lead a Scrum team delivering development work across microservices and supporting system architectures.
Serve as Scrum Master, removing impediments, managing risks, and driving continuous process improvement.
Work closely with systems engineers, software engineers, architects, and government counterparts in a collaborative mission environment.
