We are seeking a clinically-grounded, tech-savvySolution Success Managerto support ourRadiology AI and Workflow Solutions . This individual will have a background in CT technology (ARRT)(CT) and act as a trusted advisor for customers, guiding them through successful onboarding, clinical integration, and optimization of our AI-driven tools across triage, measurement, quantification, and diagnostic workflows to drive adoption and success.As a tech-savvy individual with deep healthcare domain expertise, the Solution Success Manager - Diagnostic Radiology serves as a product authority and strategic advisor for both prospective and existing customers. This pivotal role bridges the gap between our innovative AI healthcare solutions and the specific needs of healthcare teams, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows and the delivery of measurable value.In this role, you will function as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the pre‑sales and onboarding phases. This includes delivering tailored product demonstrations, facilitating clinical onboarding and integration, and optimizing the utilization of our AI‑driven tools across triage, measurement, quantification, and diagnostic workflows to drive adoption and ensure their success.This position demands a strong combination of clinical expertise, technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills to effectively influence decision‑making and cultivate robust relationships within diverse healthcare environments.ResponsibilitiesDeliver compelling product demonstrations of our AI healthcare solutions to diverse audiences, including clinicians, researchers, and healthcare administratorsMaster and articulate the nuances of specific Care pathways, including clinical workflows, patient journeys, and treatment protocols, tying them to our solutionsBuild and maintain a deep understanding of key healthcare personas (e.g., providers, specialists, radiology IT, Technologists, nurses, care coordinators, patients) and their unique challengesMap complex clinical requirements into demonstrable workflows in our product suiteCollaborate with Regional Account Directors (RAD) on the best way to create and deliver tailored sales presentations that resonate with different healthcare stakeholdersPreliminary solutioning of the Aidoc products during pre‑sales motions, demonstrating how they may augment or enhance customer clinical team workflowsClinical Onboarding and Change Management - oversee the clinical onboarding process, including assessing current workflows, identifying key objectives, optimizing workflows for users, and supporting initiatives that ensure successful adoption post‑sale.Provide expert‑level product training to internal teams and clientsPartner with the Customer Success Manager to ensure solutions deployed meet the expected deliverables as scoped in the pre‑sales engagement.Gather and synthesize feedback from healthcare professionals during the pre‑sales and onboarding phases to inform product developmentServe as a subject matter expert in relevant medical domains during client engagementsGuide implementation processes that align with clinical workflows and regulatory requirementsServe as a liaison between product development, radiology platform vendors, and commercial teams during the late beta and early scaling phases of new solutions, ensuring that clinical needs and workflow optimization details are fully incorporated into the solution launch process.Attend various vendor conferences and Aidoc events as needed.RequirementsDeep radiology experience, including a background and certification in CT technology (ARRT)(CT) (e.g., Radiology Manager, CT Technologist, PACS Administrator).Prior experience with AI technologies within the healthcare industry.Essential understanding of the complexities within imaging environments.Demonstrated desire to collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.Experience supporting pre‑sales engagements and live product demonstrations.Clinical ExpertiseDeep knowledge of Radiology (including subspecialities) workflow, patient journeys, clinical workflows, and healthcare protocols, developed through hands‑on experience within an acute healthcare setting, including imaging experience within a large acute comprehensive center.Strong ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals, understanding their distinct challenges and objectives to enhance patient care and outcomes.Proficient with imaging IT systems, including RIS/PACS, and informatics platforms.Technical AcumenGood understanding of AI technology and its applications in healthcare.Ability to map complex clinical requirements into product workflows and provide insightful recommendations.Presentation and Communication SkillsExceptional ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations.Clear and empathetic communication to connect with diverse audiences, from clinicians to administrators.Problem‑Solving and Solution DesignProficient in translating customer needs into actionable solutions.Capable of guiding both pre‑sales solutioning and post‑sales implementation to meet specific goals.Training and EnablementSkilled at designing and delivering engaging product training for internal teams and external clients.Adaptability to cater training to various skill levels and stakeholder needs.Relationship BuildingStrong interpersonal skills to foster trust and credibility with clients.Ability to manage change effectively, ensuring buy‑in across teams during the onboarding and adoption phases.Project ManagementOrganized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.Ensures alignment between pre‑sales promises and post‑sales deliverables.Feedback IntegrationAdept at gathering and synthesizing client feedback to inform product development and enhance customer success.This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical excellence and cutting‑edge AI imaging technology.Working at Aidoc
