About the role
Job Description: Business Analyst with 6+ years of Relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Analyze and validate data using SQL queries.
Support data mapping, transformation, and reporting activities.
Assist in testing and quality assurance of analytics deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, and QA.Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
Basic working knowledge of Python for data manipulation or automation.
Experience in business analysis within pharma or healthcare domains is a plus.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with similar pharma analytics projects.
Exposure to tools like Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau.
Understanding of commercial pharma data.
