Riverside Radiology & Interventional Associates (RRIA) is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologist to join their nationally recognized private practice in Marietta, Ohio. This onsite position at Marietta Memorial Hospital features a Monday through Friday daytime schedule with an 80% Interventional Radiology and 20% Diagnostic Radiology split. Physicians will enjoy a collaborative team environment, advanced workflow technology, and a 1.5-year partnership track with uncapped earnings potential. Practice Info Onsite position at Marietta Memorial Hospital in Marietta, OH Well-established Interventional Radiology service with a true general IR scope and strong procedural volume Collaborative team working alongside one fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist and 1-2 Diagnostic Radiologists APPs deliver comprehensive clinical support and have some procedural responsibilities Equipped with RadAssist, LucidHealth's proprietary AI smart worklist solution, and Rad AI dictation platform
Responsibilities: Perform full-scope image-guided interventional radiology including CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies, drainages, ablations, vascular access, ports, and select therapeutic procedures Maintain a strong mix of diagnostic and minimally invasive interventions Focus approximately 80% of time on Interventional Radiology and 20% on Diagnostic Radiology Compensation $450,000 - $900,000 salary range Top tier base salary $100K Commencement bonus Uncapped earnings potential with some current partners earning over $800K Residents/Fellows – Please ask about the Lucid Ladder Training Stipend
