Real Estate Associate – Multifamily Charlotte, NCWe are working with a leading institutional real estate platform that is exclusively focused on multifamily, with significant experience across the U.S. multifamily market. The firm is looking to add a Real Estate Associate to its Charlotte team. This is a broad investment role offering exposure across underwriting, acquisitions, and development, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a well-rounded multifamily investment skill set.
The Role:
Underwrite multifamily acquisitions and development opportunities Support acquisitions from initial evaluation through closing Analyze investment opportunities, including financial modeling and valuation Work closely with development teams on new multifamily projects Conduct market, property, and investment analysis Assist with due diligence, investment committee materials, and transaction execution Work across both acquisitions and development rather than being focused on a single function Ideal Background:2–5 years of experience in multifamily real estate Strong experience across underwriting and financial modeling Exposure to multifamily acquisitions and/or development Strong analytical and communication skills Experience at a reputable multifamily owner, developer, investment manager, or institutional real estate platform Based in Charlotte or open to relocating This is an opportunity to join a scaled, institutional multifamily platform while gaining broad exposure across acquisitions, development, and investment underwriting.
