Job Description: FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN\n Full-Time | Machesney Park, IL\n \n Earn $65,000–$85,000+ Per Year\n $25–$35/hr. + Overtime + Full Benefits\n \n We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and support industrial machinery at customer facilities throughout North America. Weekend travel is rare.\n • Hands-on technical work with advanced machinery\n • Supportive team environment\n \n \n What You’ll Do\n • Travel to customer sites for machine installation, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair\n • Train customer personnel on machine operation and maintenance\n • Provide technical support by phone and email\n • Complete service reports and documentation\n • Assist with machine testing and production support when in-house\n • Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues\n Requirements\n What We’re Looking For\n • 3+ years of technical service or industrial maintenance experience\n • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills\n • Experience with PLCs, motors, drives, pneumatics, and industrial controls\n • Ability and willingness to travel extensively (80–100%)\n • Strong communication and customer service skills\n • Ability to work independently and manage service calls professionally\n \n Preferred Experience\n • Printing, converting, web handling, or capital equipment industries\n • Rockwell / RSLogix / Allen Bradley / A+\n • Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics\n • ERP/CRM systems, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks experience a plus\n
