Role Description:
The Human Resources Generalist role is a part-time remote position responsible for providing day-to-day HR support across the organization. This role includes administering HR policies and procedures, assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Generalist will support benefits administration, respond to employee inquiries, and help ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating performance review processes, supporting employee relations, and contributing to HR process improvements and documentation.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support core HR operations. Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies to develop, interpret, and apply workplace guidelines and procedures. Candidates should possess skills in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to manage and communicate benefit programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience working remotely, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices; prior HR generalist or HR coordinator experience preferred. Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software and common office productivity tools. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
