About the role
Sheet metal fabrication and manufacturer in Gallatin is hiring Stamping Press Operators Multiple shifts available! Pay rates start at $20- $22/hour 1st shift: M-R 6:00 am - 4:30 pm 2nd shift: M-R 4:40 pm - 3:10 am Weekend Shift -5:00 am till 5:30 pm Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. (Work 36 and get paid for 40!).Essential Duties of this Stamping Press Operators Set ups, adjusts and operates stamping press machines to produce parts in accordance with specifications Sets, aligns and secures dies, sets ram stroke, etc. to perform such operations as punching, shearing, blanking, and forming Responsible for setting up progressive stamping tools including the feeder. Works with minimal supervision. Responsible for general maintenance of equipment. Additional duties and responsibilities may be required, based upon business needs, at any time with or without notice. Qualifications of this Stamping Press Operators High school level education or equivalent specialized training which may be obtained in vocational courses or on the job. Must be able to follow work practices and safety guidelines and regulations. Ability to lift 50lbs with or without accommodations. Stand 10 Hours on Concrete Floor
