This position offers the opportunity to support the legal team by managing administrative tasks alongside corporate governance, compliance and transactional matters, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and legal functions within the company.

This position offers the opportunity to support the legal team by managing administrative tasks alongside corporate governance, compliance and transactional matters, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and legal functions within the company.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Prepare, proofread and format correspondence, presentations and other documents.
Maintain and organize the legal team’s filing systems, both digital and physical.
Assist with the preparation and filing of legal and corporate documents.
Corporate and Legal Support: Assist in drafting, reviewing and maintaining corporate governance documents, including board resolutions, meeting minutes and corporate policies.
Maintain and organize corporate records, legal documents and entity management systems.
Support corporate compliance activities, including the management of filings with regulatory agencies.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with legal terminology and document preparation is a plus.
Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance and transactional processes is a plus.
Education and Experience: Four-year college degree is preferred.
Paralegal certification is a plus.
Experience in an administrative role is a plus, preferably in a corporate environment, or as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal setting.
