About the role
Responsibilities:
Support the full investment underwriting and due diligence process for new opportunities, including market analysis, company research, competitive positioning, and industry diligence. Build and maintain detailed financial models and investment analyses, including operating forecasts, valuation, returns analysis, sensitivity cases, and scenario modeling. Conduct transaction and company-level research, synthesizing financial, operational, market, and competitive data into clear and actionable investment insights. Prepare investment committee materials, deal presentations, and internal analyses, working closely with senior investment professionals to evaluate investment theses, key risks, and value creation opportunities. Monitor portfolio company performance and support ongoing investment management and value creation initiatives, including financial analysis, KPI tracking, quarterly reporting, and ad hoc strategic projects.
Key Qualifications:
2-4 years finance/investments experience within investment banking, real estate, private investments, M&A or Consulting Strong financial modeling - ability to create models from scratch
Compensation:
The posted compensation range is inclusive of base salary, bonus, and other applicable forms of cash compensation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.#50659
