About the role
Job Description:
At Kruse Way Post Acute, we believe every great experience starts with a warm welcome. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility and help create a positive experience for residents, families, visitors, employees, and community partners. As our Receptionist, you’ll serve as an important resource at the front desk, greeting guests, answering incoming calls, assisting with questions, and helping connect people with the right team member.
What You'll Do:
Welcome residents, families, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and efficiently route callers to the appropriate team member.
Assist guests and family members with directions and general facility information.
Help vendors and other visitors connect with the appropriate department or contact.
Serve as a helpful resource for residents, guests, and facility employees.
Work closely with facility leadership, the Business Office, Human Resources, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front-desk environment.
Provide dependable coverage for assigned shifts and perform other duties as needed.
Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
Ability to effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls.
Dependability and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
A positive attitude and willingness to help residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
