About the role

All Care.ai is seeking licensed phlebotomists to serve as Multi-Service Care Specialists across Northern California assisted living facilities. This field-based role combines medication delivery, phlebotomy, reconciliation, and diagnostic testing in a single facility visit. As a full-time W-2 employee, you’ll work with a dedicated pharmacist and dispatcher on every route, with flexible scheduling and consistent facility assignments. Routes typically complete by early afternoon.
