About the role
Intone Inc. is seeking a Costing Engineer for a 6-month contract in Foster City, CA. You will guide designers to achieve required function at minimum cost, using DFA/DFM to identify improvements and developing cost targets for mechanical and electrical parts.
You will generate should-cost reports for procurement, benchmark competitors, and present cost updates to senior management monthly, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure value engineering and cost reductions across products.
