About the role

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain detailed financial models across products, unit economics, trade spend, wholesale activity and broader operating assumptions Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning, translating growth plans and promotional calendars into clear financial outlooks and cash requirements Develop recurring financial reporting and analysis that provides leadership with visibility into performance, gross margins, COGS, EBITDA, risks and opportunities Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the accuracy of financial inputs and support strategic business decisions Own cash-flow analysis, balance-sheet visibility and the financial implications of continued retail, product and promotional expansion. Establish scalable finance processes, controls and reporting cadences while ensuring the accuracy of existing financial work. Partner with the company’s outsourced accounting firm and help build an internal finance team as the business grows.
Candidate Profile:
Finance experience within CPGStrong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis experience within a high-growth environment Experience supporting a company through meaningful growth and increasing operational complexity. Advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of cash flow, balance sheets, gross margins, COGS and EBITDA.Comfortable operating independently as a hands-on finance leader while serving as a strategic partner to the executive team. Net Suite experience is strongly preferred.
