- Proven experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or business analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data and analytics tools is a plus
