About the role

MOJO Family of Brands is seeking a hands-on POS Support / Field Technology Technician to support DRB and Micrologic systems across car wash locations. This hybrid role blends remote POS troubleshooting with on-site field work, travel to sites, and quick resolution of issues to keep operations running smoothly. You will diagnose payment equipment, networking, and controller problems, install updates, and document changes for management. Strong customer service and problem-solving are essential.
