Company Description: PRISM.CEO, a service of SIRT, Inc. based in Saint Augustine, Florida, gives owners of small and midsize companies clear, independent insight into where their money goes. Our fixed-fee Cost Clarity Review looks at software and tools, credit card charges, phone and internet, vendors and cost of goods, and IT and cloud spend to find waste and savings. Clients get a plain English findings report ranked by dollar impact, delivered as a PDF and a printed binder, followed by a guided walkthrough of what to cut, renegotiate, or keep. We work with companies of roughly 5 to 250 people and aim to be easy to do business with: clear process, clear fees, clear answers. Every client starts with a free fit call and a simple secure portal, with no long questionnaires and no password sharing. Now building in five markets:
