Pay Range: 85,500-114,000k per year
Incentive Pay: Quarterly performance bonus

Position Summary:
The Director of Shopper Marketing will lead the strategic development and execution of omnichannel shopper marketing initiatives across FoodStory’s portfolio of owned and licensed brands. This role is responsible for driving consumer engagement, retailer collaboration, and sales growth through innovative and data-driven marketing programs. The Director will oversee campaign planning, media strategy, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Operations, and Brand teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of shopper and omnichannel marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and retail partners.
- Own strategic planning, performance forecasting, budget management, and third-party agency relationships.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and implement strategic shopper marketing initiatives aligned with brand and business goals.
- Oversee paid media strategy and execution, including performance tracking and optimization.
- Leadership of Digital and Shopper Marketing coordinator
- Develop and present campaign recaps and performance reports to internal stakeholders and retail partners.
- Manage department contracts, vendor relationships, and invoice reconciliation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Brand Marketing to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Stay current on retail trends, consumer behavior, and marketing innovations to inform strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.10+ years of experience in digital marketing, or retail-focused brand marketing.5+ years of Shopper Marketing experience, preferred
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and executing high-impact marketing programs.
- Strong analytical and budgeting skills; high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of retailer dynamics, shopper behavior, and omnichannel marketing tactics.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns and agency/vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
