About the role
- Lead and manage financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Corporate Operations, and Engineering to drive business performance through data-driven insights and financial strategy
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure alignment with corporate goals
- Develop new processes and implement financial models to assess key business decisions and initiatives
- Present KPIs and financial analysis to senior leadership
- Minimum 12 years of finance and accounting experience
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Prior experience supporting and analyzing capital projects and capex
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry required
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex financial challenges and provide strategic recommendations
