IN A NUTSHELL… This is a high-impact, hybrid role supporting the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) at Parallel. As an Executive Assistant & Special Projects Manager to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you will combine executive-level administrative support with strategic project management to drive alignment, operating rigor, and execution across the enterprise.The ideal candidate acts as a central connector across the ELT—enabling prioritization, driving operating cadence, and ensuring key initiatives move forward with clarity and accountability. This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional organization, and the ability to operate seamlessly between tactical execution and strategic support.
