Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating daily activities of clerical section of the Physician Specialist Clinics.QualificationsMinimum Position RequirementsWork Experience:Two years increasingly responsible customer service experience.Education and Training:Associate's degree in business or related Healthcare FieldSkills:Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Ability to read and comprehend English to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.Knowledge of supplies, equipment ordering and inventory control.Excellent customer service skills.Typing speed 40 wpm.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
