About the role
CNC Machinist Our client is looking for a CNC pro who can set up, operate, and dial in machines to produce tight-tolerance metal parts that have to be right the first time. You'll work closely with engineers, help refine processes, and be the person others turn to when a part, a setup, or a tolerance gets tricky. If you've run modern CNC equipment and care about holding tenths, we want to talk to you. What You'll Work OnYou'll be hands-on with precision machining of complex components, from setup through inspection: Precision metal components Tight-tolerance production work Swiss-style and multi-axis CNC machining First-piece and in-process inspection Process improvements with engineering Training and mentoring newer machinists
