What You BringReal-world automotive parts experience — dealership background strongly preferred Solid knowledge of OEM parts, inventory systems, and parts lookup tools Customer-first mindset with the communication skills to back it upThe ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy Strong organizational habits and an eye for detail Comfortable with computers and data entry Ability to lift and move parts as needed Valid driver's license required Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and MVR
