Summary
Job Description: This position reports to the VP, Operations and is responsible for operational and customer service functions related to respondent bank’s daily activity.
Duties and Responsibilities: Responds to respondent bank inquiries and prepares basic correspondence relating to customer needs. Prepares all account documentation for customers. Interacts with Chief Financial Officer and other senior staff at client banks. Receives incoming calls/emails for trading daily fed funds and booking borrows. Ensures compliance with bank regulations, policies and procedures, audit and security standards. Reconciles bank accounts. Back-up to other department functions pertaining to cash management.  Retrieves Federal Reserve Bank reports and updates information to individual accounts. Reconciles NOSTRO accounts. Process all ACH files for both PCBB and respondents. Process all Coin and Currency order and shipments for respondents. Compliance with PCBB’s Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program. Violation could be the basis for action, up to and including termination of employment. Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements: High school or equivalent degree Minimum of two years banking operations or customer service/bank teller experience Basic understanding of bank products, services, and fees Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory issues related to banking operations Proficient with Microsoft word and excel Physical Demands/Work Environment: Employees of PCBB must provide themselves with a designated workspace free from noise and distractions when working remotely.
