About the role

Lamar Advertising Company is on the lookout for a driven Sales Growth Representative to accelerate our outdoor and digital advertising offerings. As a member of our dynamic Sales & Business Development team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying prospects, generating and qualifying B2B leads, and securing valuable meetings for our senior sales executives. Your outreach efforts will span phone, email, and social media, while you diligently update our CRM and work collaboratively with the marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new B2B leads for Lamar's outdoor and digital advertising solutions. Conduct prospecting efforts via phone, email, and social media to cultivate a robust sales pipeline. Schedule meetings and demonstrations for senior sales executives and account managers. Work closely with marketing to ensure your outreach aligns with current campaigns and targeted audience segments. Maintain precise records and track activities within CRM systems. Provide initial needs analysis to align prospects with the most effective advertising solutions. Assist in the development of proposals and follow-ups to advance opportunities through the sales funnel. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from prospecting to closing. Report weekly on KPIs, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
