IT Support Analyst
Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide technical support to customers and end users across a variety of business environments. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for support requests, troubleshoot issues remotely and onsite, and manage tickets through resolution. This role offers hands-on experience with a broad range of technologies, along with ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities to earn industry certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely, professional support for hardware, software, networking, and user access issues.
  • Manage support tickets from initial request through resolution, maintaining clear documentation and keeping users informed.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and workstation software.
  • Support Windows desktop operating systems, Microsoft applications, and remote access technologies.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange and SharePoint.
  • Perform basic Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate procurement activities.
  • Help users understand technology tools and follow best practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve technical issues.
  • Travel to customer locations in the Zelienople area as needed.
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least one year of technical support experience in a business environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft applications.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2022/2025, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with PC hardware, basic networking, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to customer locations.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or other relevant industry certifications.
  • Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
