About the role
Kamps Hiring For General Labor Positions Kamps is frequently hiring for various general labor positions in our plants. These positions include sorters, builders, and repairers of pallets; saw operators, forklift drivers, and support staff. We are looking for strong workers with a drive for achievement. You must be able to repetitively lift 50+ pounds for this fast-paced and physically demanding work. Positions may require using a nail gun, band saw, and other power tools. Pay rates vary depending on position and experience. Our production positions (sorters, builders, repairers, and saw operators) are paid piece rate. Those willing to work hard will be rewarded with competitive pay, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life, 401K, and performance bonuses.
