This role will support both internal and external customers by coordinating service operations, maintaining data systems, resolving support requests, and ensuring high-quality customer service and operational performance.Services and Support Coordinator Responsibilities:Perform administrative and operational support activities with clearly defined objectives, including maintaining accurate data entry and supporting delivery operations across multiple systems.Establish and maintain communication with internal teams and external customers to support service delivery, contractual obligations, and issue resolution.Respond to customer inquiries and service/support requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues with varying levels of scope and complexity.Maintain and manage database tracking systems, generate reports, perform data analysis, and document processes and work instructions.Collaborate within a team environment to provide responsive customer service while managing multiple priorities and interruptions in a fast-paced setting.Services and Support Coordinator Qualifications:3+ years of relevant experience in customer support, service coordination, operations support, or administrative functions.Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.Experience with database tracking and management systems.Ability to understand general and technical aspects of contract requirements and operational processes.Experience working with reports, data analysis, and process documentation.(H)
