Role Description:
The Client Care Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Hilton Head Island, SC. This role focuses on welcoming clients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact through ongoing care. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying client information, and coordinating with clinicians and administrative staff. The representative handles client inquiries, provides accurate information about services and policies, and assists with paperwork and documentation. The role also involves maintaining a professional reception area, protecting client confidentiality, and supporting the overall efficiency of the practice.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Experience to support a welcoming, client-centered environment.
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and following up as needed.
Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar front-desk, administrative, or client-facing roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and sensitively with diverse clients.
Proficiency with scheduling systems, basic office software, and accurate data entry; prior experience in healthcare or mental health settings is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work reliably on-site in Bluffton, SC.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in psychology, social work, or healthcare administration is beneficial.
