About the role
Herewith is seeking a dependable and compassionate Care Partner in Murrieta, CA to support a client receiving in-home dialysis using a Baxter machine. The role involves setup and disconnect of the dialysis machine, maintaining a safe home environment, and providing companionship and light ADL support. Schedule is 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5–6 days per week.
