About the role

CS Team Lead & Onboarding Specialisten Cappture · Remote (US or Canada) · Contract / 1099 · $25–$30/hren Cappture builds custom-branded mobile apps for home care agencies. You will also lead a small pod of Mobile Coaches (some junior, some offshore), providing direction, QA, and account assignment.
Note: This is a hands-on lead role, not a big-company people-manager job. The Work Client Onboarding: Run kickoff meetings, train agency teams on the CMS dashboard, and keep the 30-day launch timeline on track. App Store Coordination: Work directly with Product and Tech to coordinate App Store and Google Play deployments. Operations & Tools: Track project deliverables in Hub Spot, Click Up, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and basic Canva. Account Handoff: Seamlessly hand off accounts to the ongoing Mobile Coach post-launch. Reporting: Report directly to the Manager of Client Success. Pay and Terms
Employment Type: Contract / 1099 (invoiced, non-W2).
Benefits: None (no PTO or health insurance; hourly rate reflects total package).
Starting Rate: $25/hour standard start rate. Growth Potential: 90-day review to increase up to $30/hour based on performance and experience. Location & Hours: Fully remote (United States or Canada only). Flexible scheduling working EST hours. Who This Is For
Experience: 1–3 years in client success, onboarding, or account coordination preferred. Strong individual contributors ready to transition into a lead role are welcome.
Skills: Clear and confident communication on video, highly organized, and able to teach software effectively without a technical background.
Requirements: Authorized to work in the US or Canada, reliable high-speed internet, and availability during EST business hours. Contractor Mindset: Comfortable invoicing as an independent contractor and managing your own taxes and benefits.
How to Apply: Send a short note highlighting a past launch you managed (or a complex client situation you resolved) and why this role fits your background, along with a resume. No formal cover letters required.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
