About the role

Overview In this role you drive enterprise AI transformation by embedding with operations teams to identify, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions that automate and optimize workflows. You combine hands-on engineering with program management to deliver production-grade AI agents across domains, establishing governance and scalable practices. You will partner with stakeholders to translate processes into reusable, scalable AI components and help scale adoption across the organization. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity to shape how work gets done with AI at Dell. Responsibilities Analyze workflows with operations teams to identify automation opportunities and translate processes into scalable AI agent specs Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflows using LLMs, retrieval systems, and enterprise data sources Define evaluation frameworks, monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve accuracy and adoption Manage AI portfolio intake, governance, and stage-gate processes to ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards Create reusable templates, documentation, and best practices to enable broader adoption across business domains Key requirements 2+ years in software engineering, data science, ML, or related technical field Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience Strong Python programming skills for production-quality applications Hands-on experience with AI/LLM solutions including prompting, tool integration, RAG, workflow orchestration, and evaluation Stakeholder management and clear technical communication Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver from concept to production Cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving PythonAI/LLM development (prompting, tool integration, RAG)Workflow orchestration
