About the role
Chumash Casino Resort seeks an Ambassador Host to enhance VIP guest experiences and boost incremental gaming revenue. The role partners with the Player Development team to deliver personalized service and maintain the VIP Services Desk.
You will work to ensure smooth operations for Gold Card holders, assist in promotions, and communicate rewards and events to premium guests, while upholding One. Team. Chumash values.
