Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial roofing projects. Lead roofing crews, foremen, subcontractors, and site personnel. Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and project logistics. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Conduct quality control inspections and enforce company standards. Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work with field teams. Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and general contractors. Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field challenges. Complete daily reporting, safety documentation, and production tracking. Mentor and develop crew members while maintaining a positive jobsite culture.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, Lead Foreman, or similar field leadership role. Extensive experience with: TPOPVCEPDMSingle-Ply Roofing Systems Proven success managing commercial reroofing and new construction projects. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication and leadership skills. Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications: OSHA 30 Certification. Waterproofing experience. Experience managing large commercial, healthcare, education, or public works projects. Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software. Union and/or non-union commercial roofing experience.
