Job Description:
Scan and digitize physical personnel files according to HR records standards. Index, label, and organize documents within appropriate employee files. Perform quality checks for document accuracy, completeness, and readability. Greet and register patients for outpatient, inpatient, or emergency services. Confirm insurance eligibility and benefits; obtain authorizations/referrals as needed Provide front desk support, answer phones, and assist employees with inquiries.
