Base pay range $17.00/hr - $22.00/hr As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers in our dynamic sports-focused environment. This is a full-time, in-person position that requires full availability to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend products. Drive sales by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals. Utilize sales tools and technology to track and manage customer interactions and sales performance. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications: Previous sales experience preferred, but not required; we provide comprehensive training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. Self‑motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
