If you love connecting with people and have a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesGreet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visitsEducate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin careDrive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goalsProcess transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systemsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environmentComplete daily business tasks and operational responsibilitiesRequirementsPrevious retail sales or customer service experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiencesGoal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsReliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekendsMust be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportationPalm Beach Tan is one of the nation's leading tanning salon brands with a reputation for premium services and exceptional customer experience.
