Role Description:
The Construction Administrator will provide day-to-day support for construction projects, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication among all project stakeholders. This full-time, on-site role in Batavia, OH involves coordinating project activities, managing construction administration services, tracking submittals, and assisting with project schedules and meeting documentation. The person in this role will review and process submittals and requests for information, maintain organized project records, and help monitor contract compliance. The Construction Administrator will work closely with project managers, contractors, and design professionals to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be proficient in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam and possess strong Project Coordination and Construction Administration Services skills. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with project teams and stakeholders. Candidates should possess experience handling Submittals and related construction documentation. Candidates should possess foundational Project Management skills, including scheduling and task tracking. Relevant qualifications include proficiency with office and project management software, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Experience in construction, architecture, or engineering environments is beneficial. An associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
